An award winning project on Great North Road in Grey Lynn. The Dylan is a medium denisty apartment development that consists of 18 boutique units built over 6 levels. With views over the Waitemata Harbour and beyond, this development is well-designed and built with quality in mind. This project used Logicwall for its intertenancy walls, and lift and stair shafts, where the AFS supplied and installed it onsite to increase construction productivity and enhance the acousitc, fire and structural ratings.
