Summerset Wigram is another project that has used AFS. This development is the first retirement village for Summerset in the Canterbury region. The main building in their retirement village consists of 102 serviced apartments and are designed to support the aged care efficiently and carefully.

AFS Logicwall was used throughout the build for the intertenancy walls, corridor walls, lift and stair cores, and external walls. It’s versatility and speed of installation made it an ideal solution for a project of this scale, supporting both structural requirements and the construction deadlines.
