The Vanguard is located in the heart of Epsom, a suburb of Auckland with sensational views of Mt Eden, Rangitoto, and the Sky Tower. This apartment building consists of 34 freehold apartments over 5 stories. AFS supplied and installed Logicwall for the intertenancy walls in this development.

This was the first time Form Building and Developments had used the AFS Logicwall system. We found their whole process from the shop drawings through to the Team of installers onsite great to work with which contributed to a very quick floor to floor cycle. As the Senior Site Manager for Form Building and Developments on the Vanguard Apartments, we wouldn’t hesitate to use AFS Logicwall again.
